A solid 5 months of being a temporary SAHM and I'm back alive & hopefully kickin' again @ work! (Well, i dont even remember how to ON my mac when i reached office today! hah!)

...and i started to miss my 2 lil pumpkins at home already... ;(

17th May 08. It was supposed to be a long weekend Im looking foward to but it turned out otherwise. I started feeling unwell since that Fri. Both my feet were super swollen n numb and I just cant wait for my gynae appt the next day.

So..Sat it was..the day I got my check up and the same day Dr ordered me to be admitted for bedrest and observation @ ESH. So much things happened all at once. My BP went up and ive started to have regular contractions which was 4mins apart. Dr started to worry cos Im only at my 32nd week and eventhough both babies' weight are healthy, she kept feeding me with pills to stop my contractions and told me to endure few more weeks, at least till she comes back from her leave. Thank God the pills worked. Then came the fever & cough the very next day. 39deg and I was totally on a shut down mode.

On a happier note, my stay at the hospital was more like a chalet. A gf of mine happened to give birth to her 3rd baby the exact same day and she was warded opposite my bed. Same gynae, same ward! Purely coincidence rite! I wasnt that lonely afterall. Family and friends who came to visit get to kill 2 birds with one stone! heh!

I got better the 3rd day and we both were discharged that Monday.What an experienced it was. Now all I have to do is rest and just wait till the VERY DAY comes..I dun think my boys can wait till JULY..so sorry daddy ;) if it happen ealier than that, it shall just be your advance birthday pressies ok?

15 April 08 marked the day I turned 2yeight as well as our 2nd year wedding anniversary.

We both took leave and spent the half day dating and bit of shopping in town followed by a celebration with another twin bro, Faries who shared the same birthday as me.

I would like to thank to those who remembers be it via smses and phonecalls. Thank you again Nani&Zan for the morning pleasant suprise and thank you to the simpang family for the "wishlist come true" & the great time!

Last but not least, to my dear Bobo, thank you very much for being a great & loving hubby all this while. Your gift gotta wait till July ok. 1 boy for the belated anni & 1 boy for your birthday! ENOUGH to cover a lifetime gifts rite????

The doorbell rang as i was still lazying in bed on Tue mid morning, thinking who could it be. I pretended to sleep, obviously....and Bobo came in the room with a pink bouquet of flowers in hand.

uh uh..to my dismay, its not from him. LOL!

The words on the card that made me put on a wide grin after that. How sweet!

We planned for a holiday like for the longessssst time but it never seems to happen. So he promised, the coming April would be just perfect since its our soon to be 2nd wedding anni & ehem...yours truly burstday *grins* . Not till the baby news came along and we have to bring forward e dates and even changed our destination to somewhere nearer like wherelse but Bangkok!

Jadi lah..as long as its a break for us. We dragged along another couple friend whos celebrating their very 1st anni in april too + my cuzin whos been dreaming to visit BKK. So there we were on 1st march, enduring the flu, fever, nose bleed and swollen feet & had a superblast shopping spree!

Office's Arrival of New Baby

some VERY BORING & unsightly snaps of welcoming the office's new printer, JETi (the one & only in SG) cos I thought it would be nice to upload for keepsake. Its so heeyuge that the contractor cant bring it in via logistic lift & result to involving crane & hacking of building wall which caused our office in such a big mess. Macam C-Sect operation hor!

One thing for sure, its gonna be an additional workload for us once its started operating. DAMN!!! Anybody keen to print a large format print for events & exhibitions or even at home like wall mural, banners, posters or even your wedding photo canvas etc?? u know where to find me ;)

15 Feb 08. Nothing of those LurpLurp Day for hubba & me but we met up the childhood gfs for dinner @ Al Majlis.

Its been a long time..so there were just so much to talk bout..catching up, browsing of Yany's wedding album, the teases, laughter & the dinner bill of $369 that was wrongly charged and got all of us almost CHOKED!

19 Jan 07. Looks like my events on most of the weekend is nothing but attending friend's wedding or birthday parties. My gfs are being taken off the shelf, one after another this year. trust me! hah!

anyway, today itself. I have 2 wedding dinners + 1 engagement invitation. We attended the wedding dinner of lovely Nadira & Salle. A white wedding filled with local artistes & musicians I must say. Songs after songs and the beats from Wicked Aura was awesome, as always. My baby must be dancing happily inside the tum! Congrats Nad & Hub on embarking the new phase of life!

We headed to Zila's later. Sorry gf, we missed the engagement ceremony but we came n mingled till late & of cos get the privilege of opening & tapau-ing the engagement goodies like the yummy chocalatey cheesecake!! Gosh! We went through the ups & downs of friendship and here we are now..soon to be relative?! Congrats to you & Hairi. Im definitely looking forward to your wedding next ok?

Lastly, congrats to Hazel & hubby. Sorry to have miss your wedding. Hope to see you at the next meet up with the chingcong clan, yeah?
